What is the quality of paper that you use?

Our invitations are printed on high quality card stock, not regular paper. Unlike the paper that you can get from your local office supply store or catalog, ours is quality card stock. Your event is special, and your invitation should be as well.

What does the price of the card include?

The price of the card includes the cards or paper stock. Envelopes will be included with most cards (the amount of envelopes will be noted in the product description).

Do you offer Express and Overnight shipping?

We do in most cases. Please phone us before 1:00 Eastern Time to see if this option is available to you at 810-387-3264 or 800-870-3788 (toll free). You must phone in your order to place Express or Overnight shipping.

When will my order ship?

If we have the item in stock it will ship that same day (for orders placed before one o'clock eastern time). Otherwise it will ship in two or three business days.

Can I use wording that is different from the sample?

All of our invitations are blank (Unless otherwise noted. See product description for existing text). Our samples are provided as suggested examples to help you out. You can print your own invitations and thank you cards at the Easy to Print Papers web site.

What if I know what I want, but don't find it on your website?

You can use our Inquiry Form to request information and describe to us what you want and we will research it at no cost to you.

If I place my order online is the credit card information safe?

When you place an order you will be connected to a secure server called Pay Pal.
Personal checks and money orders are also accepted.
Checks and money orders must be made payable to Thank You Ink, LLC.
We also accept orders by phone, fax, mail or email.

Do you take orders other than on your web site?

Yes, we can take orders by fax, mail, email or phone. See our Inquiry page for contact information.

Are the invitations, announcements, programs, and note cards desk top printable?

All items are desk top friendly unless otherwise noted.

Do you offer volume discounts on Fun Papers and Flat Cards?

We gladly offer discounts on purchases of Fun Papers and Flat Cards in increments of 50 or 100 sheets. The envelopes are sold separately.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping or Gift Bag services? Can you send a card with a message from me (us)?

We offer Gift Wrapping and Gift Bags services. For a small fee we will wrap the gift of your choice or put the gift in a festive gift bag. A card with your message may also be included at no extra charge. Just send us your preferences and we will do the rest. Are your papers and envelopes Acid and Lignin free?

They are Acid and Lignin free, unless otherwise noted. If you have a question about a particular product please contact us at 810-387-0801 or 800-870-3788 (toll free) or use our Inquiry form.

Is there any charge to Ask Rosemary for suggestions or ideas?

There is absolutely no charge to Ask Rosemary for suggestions or ideas. However, if you choose to purchase items offered by Thank You Ink, LLC (invitations, candy wrappers, etc...) they must be purchased either on line or through the Thank You Ink, LLC toll free number 800- 870-3788.

Where do I locate my receipt for my purchase when ordering on line through PayPal?

Please use the PayPal transaction receipt as your receipt when ordering. If you need an additional receipt please indicate this when ordering or contact our customer service department for additional receipts.

When ordering by phone, fax or email your receipt is sent via email.

How can I get FREE SHIPPING?

We are offering FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the continental United States for all orders, products and services totalling $100.00 or more. Just place your order online, and the FREE SHIPPING will be will be calculated for all qualifying orders! FREE SHIPPING will be sent via standard ground. Free Shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii or orders being shipped outside the continental U.S. nor does it apply to overnight and express shipments.
